MEMBERSHIP:  

Membership is open to women of color aged 21 years and older.

 

A. Active Membership - Active Membership means just that:  BEING AN ACTIVE MEMBER!  Active Membership consists of reading the assigned book, attending meetings on a regular basis and being placed in hostess rotation.  Individuals who cannot be Active Members should not consider this book club.

 

B. Recruiting Members are encouraged to invite their personal and professional sisters, but membership will be limited to 12.  During the evaluation process, potential members must attend a minimum of three (3) meetings before membership will be considered.  

 

C.  If a member leaves for relocation reasons and returns to Jacksonville, reinstatment may be considered; thereby increasing membership limitations thusly.

 

New membership and reinstatements must be approved by a quorum of the founding members.
