Celeste 

 

 

 

 

Celeste is a native of Fernandina Beach, FL.  She is a retired U.S. Army veteran with over 24 years of service.  

 

Celeste is currently the Ombudsman (Ombuds) for one of our largest government agencies federal law enforcement training centers.  In her role, she serves as an advisor to managers and employees regarding Title VII, ADA, EPA, etc., additionally, she is instrumental in assisting managers and employees with early resolution of conflict.

 

She received her BA degree in Human Resource Administration from Saint Leo University, and her MA degree in Human Resource Management from Webster University.

 

Celeste enjoys helping others through volunteer work.  She works at a soup kitchen with a church in the community every Monday.

 

Celeste has two children, Celestial and  Stuart "T.J.", and three step-sons, Ronald, Dedrick, and Keefe.
